This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit or contact us throughfantasyparkmallorca.com, why we process it and what rights you have. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

2. What information we collect

Information reaches us in two ways, and in both cases it is the minimum required:

• Data collected automatically. When you visit the website, our server logs technical connection data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, date and time, and pages visited. We use it to provide the service, keep it secure and detect errors.
• Data you give us voluntarily. Whatever you include when you write to us through the contact form, on WhatsApp, by email or by phone: usually your name, your phone number or email address and the content of your enquiry.

About the contact form: when you submit it, the data you have entered (name, email address, phone number if you provide one, subject and message) is sent to our server and forwarded by email to the owner's contact address, which is where it is stored. The IP address the form is sent from is recorded alongside it, solely to prevent automated submissions and abuse. Nothing is kept in any website database or used for any other purpose.

If you would rather write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on that platform and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

This website has no user accounts, no online sales, no booking system and no newsletter.

• Answering your enquiries about the park, the karting track, birthdays or groups. Legal basis: your consent when contacting us, and our legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us.
• Keeping the website running and secure (technical server logs). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Measuring website use in aggregate form, if you enable analytics cookies. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from your data.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then for the period during which legal liabilities could arise. Technical server logs are kept for a short period, the usual one for maintenance and security. WhatsApp conversations remain on your device and on the WhatsApp service under its own policies.

5. Recipients and providers

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. To run the service we rely on providers that may process data on our behalf or on their own:

• DigitalOcean, as the website's hosting provider (servers in the European Union).
• IONOS, as the email provider through which contact form enquiries are sent and received.
• Google, in two cases: if you open the location map embedded on the contact page, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — for audience measurement with Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose that channel to write to us.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Children

The website is aimed at adults. Although the park is a family venue, we do not knowingly request or process children's data through this website; if you are a minor, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.

8. Security measures

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk in order to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Among others, the whole website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to our systems is restricted to the staff who need it.

The use of cookies and local storage is described in ourcookie policy. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

10. Changes and contact
